I will always have cherished memories of Vicki – double dating with her and my brother Ken, hanging out at the houses on Burt and Hawthorne, family get-togethers, weddings. In 1976 she helped me get a job at Larson Clay Pipe Co. on Greenfield Rd. in Detroit. I realized the patience she had, teaching me the job and helping me when I needed it. We shared a lot of laughs, especially the time when our boss, the older Mr. Larson, chased a mouse in the kitchen with a hammer determined to get it. She was a great mentor and sister-in-law and am grateful she was a part of my life. I will always have a deep admiration for her courage and strength. God bless her soul.
