Athletic Excellence meant a lot to my sister. In the early Spring of 2000, Vicki was glued to the TV for every broadcast of the MSU Men's basketball team taking it all the way through the Big Dance known as March Madness to the NCAA National Championship for Men's Basketball. I remember how happy this made her at a transitional time in her life.
